Paul Drechsler is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of Wates Group Limited, a private family-owned construction services company. Having served on the Board of Filtrona since its formation in 2005, Paul has played a key role in the development of the Company particularly regarding its remuneration policy. Paul brings extensive international business experience to his role having spent 24 years at ICI PLC in a variety of senior positions.
